eDialog is a global leader in delivering cross channel customer engagement programmes for brands including British Airways, Skype and Dell. Working with the Director of Planning & Development, our remit was to supplement e-Dialog’s knowledge of the social marketing platform landscape and to contribute to the company’s development strategy in the ‘Social CRM’  realm.

Forest Holidays is one of the UK’s leading self catering brands offering cabin holidays set exclusively within the Forestry Commission Estates in beautiful forests and on stunning loch side locations.

DTT were initially appointed to undertake a full audit of their existing digital marketing strategy, activity and results. This successful project was followed up with the development of a social marketing strategy & creation of the KPI’s, followed with initial support in the set up and launch of their social activity.

The Viadeo Group owns and operates professional social networks around the world with a total membership base of over 45 million professionals. They appointed DTT to work with their UK based communications team to support the development of their social media strategy.

Our remit was to ensure that Viadeo were aware of the very latest trends and opportunities so that these could be incorporated into their short and longterm planning. We also helped develop a structure for identification and reporting of the KPI’s required for this fast growing global organisation.
